Cost
| Many companies' primarily concern is the cost of the
software package. What they do not realize is that it is usually
only 15% to 20% of the project's total cost. Costs are divided into two
categories: Onetime Cost and Annual Operating Cost. Onetime Costs are those
costs associated
with selecting and implementing the package. Annual Operating or recurring costs are the
